I think it would be cool with an extension that allows a per site configuration of:

Enable/disable Java
Enable/disable Flash
Enable/disable JavaScript
Enable/disable Image download
Enable/disable ??

I visit the same 10 news (and other) sites every day and would like to enable/disable some features on some of the sites - to get rid of annoying things like advertises.

Does anyone know of an extension that does this ?

Piro should rename that extension. It seems to be doing everything! :)

I know about "Tabbed Browser Extension" but it does not support persistence.. (yet ?)

I would be cool if it was possible to make a per site (domain) configuration that was persistant.

foo.bar
--disable java
--enable javascript
--show images

bar.foo
--enable java
--disable javascript
--show images

If you turn on the Advanced setting for TBE to save properties (Advanced Use), it will enable more options in Bookmark Properties, including "Forbid the following actions: Use Plug-ins, Use JavaScript, Load Images, etc."
