Phoenix Installation?

Okay... I downloaded the zip file, unzipped, clicked Phoenix.exe... is that IT? No special installation wizard or anything? Workd from my desktop, or from anywhere in my Hard Drive? Weird but coooool... :)
How's that done again? ctrl alt delete? [sigh] I think I need a drink...

Yes, that's how you do it currently, in case you don't have to have an installer.

yup... you just unzip it somewhere and you can make a shortcut to it.

I actually love being able to get Phoenix in a zip file. I hate installers! lol

I also like downloading Mozilla as a zip file.

To me it just seems so much easier than using an installer. :)

perhaps there should be a seperate forum for phoenix/mozilla support. Questions like this in large quantities could clog the general message board... and that's always bad.. just my two cents..

Phoenix General is as good a place for support as any. Also, if people would read the FAQ and visit David's help site listed in the top post then there wouldn't be as many very basic user help Q&A in this forum.
