Login problems

Hello;
1)
I'm having login problems:
So I had to create a new account,
my usual username is vmars316 .
Problem is when you folks send me a new password to vmars316 ,
then when I try to login with it , it doesn't work .
I tried switching to another browser , and get same problem , can't log in with the new password .
What is the problem ?
How can this be fixed ?

Also , I don't want to keep creating a new username each time .
The alternative to this is to contact administration .
Pls , what is the email address for support ?

I did a forced reactivation of that user account so you should receive a message to the registered email account.

You don't need to be logged in to post in this particular forum. Just log on as a guest.

Nope still can't Login as vmars316 , only with vmarsxyz .
What password should I use .

The password was changed to the part of the registered email address after the @ symbol, with "dot" used in place of the period. Try logging in again.

When I try to use guest it says:

When you make a post or thread while as a Guest in the mozillaZine Site Discussion you need to use a name that is not already in use by a registered forum account.

Also the How many letters in Mozilla answer is 6 as in M o z i l a = 6 as it is about the unique letters and not the combined total.
