Transfer Bookmarks and Address Book

I currently have SeaMonkey 2.49.1 on Win XP SP3. I am finally getting rid of the XP computer and replacing with a refurbished Win 10 Pro. How can I transfer my Bookmarks and address book from SeaMonkey to the new computer which has Gmail?

Thanks for responding. I guess I've got some tough reading to do. I did a quick skim and didn't see any reference to Gmail. I hope that when I get into the data I'll have a better understanding of what's involved.

Unless you were using some extension to synch address book data with Gmail, transferring data as described in that article would bring over the bookmarks and address book data from the old profile, regardless of which webmail system you were using.
