Account locked for security reasons

I downloaded Firefox for iOS and wanted to log in with my Firefox Sync account, but it tells me my account was locked for 'security reasons'. The message says a verification email sent to my address bounced, but I know the address works because I just signed up for this forum using the same address (yes it's spelled correctly, as is my password).
Logging in works fine in Firefox Desktop, this just occurs on iOS. I tried getting in contact with Mozilla's support but can't find a way to do so, there's just an FAQ. ![]() Moving to the Mobile Forum

@Happy112 The 'Contact Us' option just gets me to the FAQ.
Did you click on the link I gave you and then you scroll down to 'Ask a Question' ? Maybe these articles will help :

That's exactly the issue I have. Finally there're some instructions on what to do! Thanks very much for all the links, I think I got it from here.
