Firefox 56 Not Updating to 56.01 Via Auto Updates

Firefox 56.01 was released on 10/9 & as of this minute Firefox is telling me Firefox 56 is the latest version. Any reason why is not updating automatically? I know I can update it manually but thinking this version might not be quite ready & it's not being pushed out automatically via auto updates. Now I'm using Firefox 56 x64 bit. Is this the reason it hasn't updated?

It's primary aim is updating 32 bit Firefox users to 64 bit if they have 64 bit Windows. Many people don't need to install 56.0.1
No vulnerabilities were patched in 56.0.1. According to the release notes, this update only addresses two issues:
(I'll just say that that was not apparent to me, & I would think many would find the situation confusing.)
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.19) Gecko/20110420 SeaMonkey/2.0.14 Pinball CopyURL+ FetchTextURL FlashGot NoScript
Also pretty common for updates to be throttled in staged rollout for new major or minor updates after Release.
For Fx 56.0.1 https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Channels/Meetings/2017-10-10#Schedule_Update https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Channels/Meetings/2017-10-12#Schedule_Update
I wasn't aware. I tried updating but I'm still on 56.0
Did you read the replies since the OP?. It was not really needed more so since you have 32-bit Windows anyways. Yeah my 32bit install updated to 64bit 56.0.1 and my 64bit install stayed at 56. I should uninstall one of them, redundant.

If you really want a 32-bit build, you can download the full 56.0.1 installer here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ The switch to 64-bit was designed to be a one-time event, specifically the internal updater updating to 56.0.1; but once 56.0.1 (or later) is installed, that one-time event is in the past. The stub installer will still favor 64-bit builds over 32-bit builds for compatible machines, but the full installer will install what you have downloaded. Since just about no plugins work anymore, the only reason for installing a 32bit version really doesn't exist anymore.
