Is a TB39b planned and if so when will it be available?

Does 40.0b1 exist? Have been looking through all the FTP directories and can't find it.

There aren't even comm-beta tinderbox builds right now, the last one was July 1st.
Anyway, nothing is tagged yet in the repository.
