How do i make navigation buttons always visible with userstyle or userscript ?

I assume you mean the back/forward buttons. The forward button is only visible when there is something to go forward to. Otherwise it makes no sense.

otherwise it breaks the icon presentation & leaves two indistinct greyed out ugly icons before the rest of the list, a question of esthetic..

i can notice by myself there's nothing to see before or after the actual page by right clicking those buttons

or is there a way to gradually make the greyed out version look a bit clearer & not almost invisible..?

My toolbar buttons are colorized, which makes the very light greyed out nav buttons look ugly & breaking the raw

You mentioned colorized. If you used a theme to do that it sounds like a theme issue. If you used something else like userChrome.css I would suggest the issue is there.

I would suggest contacting the author(s) of the user styles and tell them about the issue.

already done.. but creators of userstyles rarely respond.. thats why om also asking here
