cookie exception manager?

I am looking for an extension to make firefox's built-in cookie exception list easier to use: a one-click way to add current site or domain to cookie white- or blacklist similar to seamonkey's built-in functionality. I tried a few add-ons claiming to be cookie managers but all they do is periodically clean up stored cookies according to their internal rules and don't work at all when cookies are disabled by default. Is there an extension I need?
extensions are not allowed to work on firefox settings.
try: - umatrix - privacy possum - cookies disable - any other cookie manager. I've found this extension to do exactly what is says it will do. Long ago I installed it, deleted all my cookies in order to start fresh, visited my important sites, used it's option button and clicked on keep those cookies and it works perfectly. All other cookies are removed. But you need to have set Firefox to allow all cookies and let the extension manage cookies from that point on.

1st... I just wanted to point out that that extension that I posted about is not for Quantum but I do see that another author has created one ... and so far it's got 5 stars.

Is that what you were asking? As you can see she's (The CAT) always alert and on the prowl for Meoware !!
@dfoulkes Yes that absolutely answered my question, thanks very much.
