Hello all,

I wonder why I can't choose any TT font under Preferences/Fonts and Colors. They are installed in my home and the usual root directories. I can choose any TT font under KDE.
Where does phoenix search for fonts ?

Thanks,

kroxx

Are you using an XFT2 build? (You need to for the fonts to show up).

No, I thought XFT builds only enable UI TT fonts. Seems I've to stay with Helvetica for now.

Could you give me a link except that (http://phoenix.ragweed.net/) This build does not start on my machine. (SUSE 8.1)

Thanks.

This is interesting... it would appear that Fontastic, the font server that came with Corel WordPerfect 2000 for Linux can serve up fonts that Phoenix can use as I have never done anything fancy vis-a-vis Phoenix and yet I have TT font support.
