browser.tabs.loadInBackground preference not honored

By default, preference browser.tabs.loadInBackground is TRUE, which causes context menu searches to open in a tab and not switch to it. Before 2.53, this pref was honored and worked perfectly. In 2.53, the pref is ignored and thus search result tabs open in the foreground.

Won't be fixed for 2.53.2 unfortunately. We did some extensive rework not only in tbe bookmarks code but also in tab code. Need to find the best way to restore this without breaking the new code.
