How about fixing the sidebar searchbox not getting focus when opening the sidebar for Bookmarks or History?
No one has ever opened the sidebar just to look at a list. Well, I never have. Here's a starting point for a fix - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=188910 Metal Lion latest SeaMonkey & Thunderbird Themes - Sea Monkey and Silver Sea Monkey
