Awesome! That's all I need then. It's been very helpful so far.

Best Regards.

I came across another issue. I have the text translation fixed at German now so that is good.

However, the voice replay is not always staying consistently on German, even on German webpages.

For example, with the German text "Entwicklung von Systemerweiterungen" the first two words are spoken back in German, but the last word is spoken in English. I have had this issue with several words, when the word might start with or be spelled like an English word. The difference is obvious by the sound of the "speaker" (computerized voice). There is a different "speaker" for English and German words, so if the English "speaker" is used, the accents and pronunciations are incorrect.

This only occurs with the floating audio icon when the word in question is the only thing selected. If the entire sentence is highlighted it usually gets correctly spoken in German.

This is spoken back by the English "speaker":

How do I force the voice translation to stay on a specific language no matter what the word?

Please test this version:

Now the sound is dependent on the switch button "Remember the source language" in flying window

Please consider making an option that makes the page translation language independent from the language selected in the flying window.
So if you change the language in the flying window it won't get changed in the language used to translate a whole page.

Thank you.

Translating the whole page does not depend on the flying window.
Translation is performed by setting:
Settings - General - "Default translation language"
or
Settings - Other - "If the panel is active then do translation based on the previously selected language"

Thanks pag77.

It seems to be hit and miss for me. Sometimes they are different and sometimes the default language for the webpage translation gets switched to the last language used for the flying window even when the window is closed.
I will try to replicate it more accurately and and will report back.
