How can you share Calender entries between Calenders setup on 2 different users on the same Windows XP machine?

You cannot share individual entries. You can only share whole calendars. So put the entries you want to share in a special calendar. When you create that calendar, you might choose to put that calendar file in a special place where it can be shared easily. Otherwise just edit the calendar to find the location of its calendar file. Now the other user can open the same calendar file.

Thanks Rod. If I setup an FTP server on my machine would that make sharing Calenders easier? What I am trying to achieve is 2 people using virtually the same calender in that each can see any changes made to the other calender

You can probably do it with an FTP server on the machine, but I think it only makes it harder. You still have to point each Calendar program at the same calendar file, but now you have a server to maintain too.
