Error message on sending

I have several mailboxes, from two different ISPs, on my PC. When I try to send using one of my GoDaddy accounts, I get this error:

"An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: p3plsmtpa IP 108...43 [IP redacted] rejected for too many failed attempts."

I don't get this error when sending via my other ISP--BUT Outlook can send OK using a GoDaddy account.

I've checked with GoDaddy, and SeaMonkey's server settings are correct.

How do I fix this?
