[Fixed] Email from One Sender Suddenly Classified as "Junk"

All of a sudden and after several years of using TB, email from one sender is being classified as Junk and is being put into the Junk folder. Two years ago I put that sender into my filter like this:

Filter name is: "From is: joeblow@ somewhere.com"
Apply filter when:
"Manually Run"
"Getting New Mail"
Match all of the following: "From is joeblow@somewhere.com>
Perform these actions is:
Move Message to "Inbox on myemail@nowhere.com"

Emails from that sender have been put in my Inbox for the last two years without problems. My filter for that sender has not changed. Anyone have an idea what could have happened?

No idea.

Does clicking "Not Junk" fix the problem?

This problem no longer appears. I probably "fixed" it by futzing around with the junk mail settings.
