I believe you still need to have the following as the first line of any userChrome.css file:

@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul");

The rest looks okay, though its possible its changed in recent versions. I believe #abResultsTree is for the address book. If you only want to change the folder pane and folder listing skip that line.

Do you need to add some ID before the @namespace?

Thanks...Now how do we change the background colors.,,,w/o THeme ?Style (Options/Display /colors DOES NOTHING! (w/o Theme Font Changer)

Also...why is there an option for text background? It doesn't seem to have any effect anywhere!
