Can I hide the Address Names that I create in my Address Book in my outgoing e-mails so that the recipients don't see them?

I use them for notes. For example, instead of the Address Name for appearing in my Address Book as John Doe, it might appear as Mem17 John Doe (Jane).

This tells me they've paid their membership dues for 2017, and they have a spouse name Jane. I know I can store this in my address book under Other, but I want to see it when I enter an address or receive an e-mail from someone in my Address Book.

Can I hide this and only have the recipient of my e-mails see

Thank you,
