When I click on a hyperlink within a document or spreadsheet, the browser opens in an error. Example....If I click on this link www.yahoo.com which is in a document, this is what is opened in the address bar of my browser---> http://www.yahoo.com/FirefoxHTML%5CShel ... %5CCommand

Then my opened browser window shows an error page as seen below.

HTTP Status 404 - /FirefoxHTML\Shell\Open\Command

type Status report

message /FirefoxHTML\Shell\Open\Command

description The requested resource (/FirefoxHTML\Shell\Open\Command) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.5.17

Can anybody help me please?

Firefox 2.0.0.2 or later? Does it work if Firefox is already running? If so, try changing your DDE settings. See this article and post:
