Is there a way to have FF, or any browser, always open a pdf at a set percentage?
As it is now opening at 130%, as mine does, it is kind of like trying to read a book from the end of your nose.
I know, just hit the minus, and I do and have not died from it yet, just wondering.

Rather than hit the Minus key, try pressing Ctrl+0 (zero) to reset the zoom. See if that sticks for the built in PDF viewer.

FWIW - FF opens PDF's at 100% on my Mac. It also does the same on my son's WIN10 computer.

FF 78.0.2 - FF 79b7 - FF 80a - TB 68.10 - Mac OSX 10.13.6

PDFs can contain a zoom level in them, or they can just use your default.

To set a default for those that don't specify:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box on the page, type or paste pdfjs and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the pdfjs.defaultZoomValue preference to open an edit field, type 100, then click the blue checkmark button or press the Enter/Return key to save the change.

Any improvement?

Very good, that solved the issue, thank you.
Mine did not have a value set, was blank.
