FF ver 69 now installed 2nd computer problems

hi there

I have now installed the latest version of FF on my 2nd computer a laptop running win 10pro.

I did a backup of FF from my desktop using Hekasoft Backup and Restore program.

I did the restore on the 2nd computer (laptop) and FF does not show the menu bar, anything except the address bar

I opened my FF account, and selected syncing.

I can't see anywhere whther it is or not, whether it takes hours or happens very quickly.

BUT, FF looks and feels different on the 2nd computer, and I would like it to be like it is on my desktop.

Should I do another Hekasoft backup, and do the restore on the laptop again?
OR, should I keep waiting and see if sync does anything

Hi Peter, you can turn on the menu bar and/or bookmarks toolbar using the Toolbar list. Either:

* right-click (on Mac Ctrl+click) a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button)
* (menu bar) View > Toolbars -- On Windows, tap the Alt key to activate the menu bar temporarily.
* in Customize mode > Toolbars button (see: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars)

But more generally, is your second Firefox showing any of the data you copied over when you restored your backup?

As far as I can tell,so far, everything has been transferred, extensions, bookmarks etc
