After watching 10 secs of watching video at full screen, the full screen resumes to normal size screen. This happens on youtube, spectrum tv, etc. Is there a fix to this?

Hard to say when we don't yet know what is causing the issue. There have been no other posts reporting that happening.

Have you tried starting Firefox in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
If no improvement using Safe Mode, do you have the same problem if you create a new profile and test it with no extensions or non-default themes installed?

After disabling my addons I found that the culprit addon causing this issue is Distill Monitor.

Disable or remove the extension.

I've seen it but have no input on that subject.
