Hi,

When I go to open godaddy.com on Firefox 57, it will not open. I use duck-duck-go as my search engine, if that matters.

But, when I open Internet Explorer and go to godaddy.com, it opens immediately.

It worked fine before the upgrade to FF57.

Is this something that I can correct? If so, please give directions to a "newbie".

Thanks.

Not seeing that problem here but I'm only trying to get to that main page, not into an account, if that is what you are trying to do.

Try clearing the cache and any cookies for that site.

Well, I did all you suggested, and GoDaddy.com will still not open. Just sits there doing nothing.

But when I use Internet Explorer, everything works perfectly.

It will just have to work itself out. Or not.

Thanks for trying. I am not worried. I have a "work around" it, so no problem.
