How can I install Chrome addons in FF? I tried installing an app called, "Chrome Store Foxified" that helps install Chrome addons but it doesnt work. I keep getting an error saying that I need to be signed into addons.mozilla.org. But I've signed in and it still doesnt work. Can someone help?

There has to be an equivalent extension made specifically for Firefox, you can't transfer extensions.
If we could transfer extensions to other browsers, would we stay on Firefox?
Extensions are the one and only reason some of us stayed on Firefox. We can only use them on Firefox and nowhere else, many don't exist for Chrome or other browsers.

Your situation is the opposite so it may be easier to find equivalents for Firefox than equivalents for Chrome because Firefox has such a rich extension library. Hope you find your Chrome extensions versions for Firefox, many of mine only exist on Firefox...

There's an about:config setting you can try although no guarantee that it'll work. Info here: http://browserengine.net/firefoxs-new-w ... -system-2/

You can even choose to install it temporarily or to save the unsigned add-on to a file.

on restart gone!
but currently it makes no sense to install chrome extension on firefox 55 or 56, only in v57. the api in v57 is more developed, but in most cases chrome extensions will fail because the api is not ready or code not MDN conform.
