You don't have to stick to English names. Examples:

German
Adler - eagle
Amsel - Blackbird

Also there are pre-historic birds/dinosaurs that could be used -

teridactil
Archaeopteryx
Ornimegalonyx
Liaoningornis

Another name that would fit is Chaparral or Roadrunner. They are different names for the fast running bird of the southwest U.S.

It should be a *bird name, preferably with an element, like Snow and a Car Name also if possible...
Roadrunner is already used by Time Warner Cable as their high-speed internet BTW...

How about nightingale? It has a politically-correct double-entendre, as well. Not only was she a babe, she's a Brit who spoke the tongues of "Old Europe."

What else could mozilla.org ask for ('cepten, perhaps, to find out that she had some recently uncovered Bolshevik allegiances?)

Here is an example of the New About Dialogue Image on Snowbird:

SnowBird is a future name for the Composer (if the Devopers like it)

Snowbird sounds like a great name. And the artwork looks great to go with it.
