Thunderbird hanging

Hello all,

Windows 7 Proffessional
Thunderbird 52.9.1

Issue is thunderbird hangs often.

At that point, logs say:

Moved from Thunderbird Bugs to Thunderbird Support since you are not discussing workarounds for a verified bug report.

Does this problem occur with other accounts?

Is Thunderbird hanging or are you just running into a delay with an account because a tcp-ip connection is timing out? If you can switch to another open window such as a compose message window and continue editing there when this occurs, then Thunderbird is not hanging (even though its behavior is annoying).

Hi,

well I would say only with one. I have two from same mail providers, in same TB.

Once it hangs, nothing happens, no change, even if I leave it for 1 hour. I have to force close it, and start again in order I could start working in TB.
And yes, I can switch to other window, so GUI is ok, but e.g if I'm in Inbox, it still hangs (I see refresh circle on Inbox tab, but no change).
