wanted addons:save recipient from sent mail into contacts

Dear all,
I installed thunderbird (IMAP connection) on my new pc and i updated the folder so now I have all received and sent mail. Unfortunately on this new machine I don't have any contacts. Is there a way to save all the recipient of my sent mail in the contact list? It would be an hard job to save all one by one... Thanks P.
