Used the tarball.

look at your network settings inside of your current SM setup, but i dun no why you bothered with a tarball? when buc makes the RPM's in Fedora, all you have to do is enable the updates-testing repo to get it

If updates are enabled then you should get updates just fine with the official tarbal version if the user has read/write permissions for the SeaMonkey folder.

SeaMonkey updates was disabled early this month viewtopic.php?p=14894243#p14894243

Nobody needs to rely on third-party packages in order to use SeaMonkey or Firefox and Thunderbird on Linux.

I've noticed that the "page loading spinner" on my tabs doesn't appear now, with 2.53.8.

I'm trying to build 2.53.8 from sources but it fails with the following error(s):
Code: Select all

I have been able to build previous versions of SeaMonkey just fine. What could cause this error?
