I saw that the SeaMonkey devs were looking for vector UI icons, so I've thrown together these vector versions of the "Modern" icons.
I realized later the colors are off when used with the standard SeaMonkey Modern theme because it has a blueish tint.

"Orthodox" has rounded arrows, "Gray New" has straight arrows. I still prefer the rounded arrows myself, but added the straight ones for more options.

Yes have several for classic and working on the loading indicators but all stalled because I need to take care of the tree first. This would have to go into a bug and a patch needs to be applied to even look at it. Mozilla finally trashed complete themes in Firefox 61 (and bootstrapped add-ons + xul overlays too) but we are basing the next version on ESR 60 so Modern will still be available there. Still needs a lot of work.

That said. You need to file a bug and make it block this one: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1433370
