Oh yeah, somebody needs to get ahold of somebody and have them post an 'under construction' meme or something on this thoroughly antiquated feature page:
https://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc/sync Bookmarks can be exported into HTML then imported.
In theory they can be backed up and restored — but my dump produces error on restoring and unknown set of bookmarks lost if transfer via dump. "password exporter" addon helps to transfer passwords. Thanks Iav, when I ditched Firefox, exporting bookmarks was a train wreck. I'll attempt to export and import as HTML and see if I have any luck. I haven't looked at that password exporter yet, I'll check it out now. FYI, I'm in contact with MR Tech to see if we can revive his Toolkit to export and import add-ons. ![]() I'd still love to have a solution involving an actual automated sync function, but at this point any band-aid technique will be helpful. ![]() Yeah, hey Iav, I'm not seeing that one..
https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/se ... d+exporter Can you throw me a link? I use Password Exporter 1.2.1.1 with my seamonkey.
https://github.com/fligtar/password-exporter I don't know where to find that signed downloadable addon — but can give xpi from my profile if anybody tells me how to find correct file in tons like {b243fe83-b8a7-47de-855d-21d865243d5d}.xpi Another possible way for passwords — Quick Passwords http://quickpasswords.mozdev.org/index.html I use v3.10. There are backup and restore function, but I newer try it, and don't know is it usable or not. No worries, I found a way to mirror the entire freaking profile. ![]() ![]()
