Does Thunderbird nightly run alongside Beta or should I uninstall beta before I download Nightly?

You can have both installed and running, IF you use separate profiles for each.

@Dan Thanks, appreciate the help, any idea why only my contacts would be missing in Daily?

I have no suggestion on that and I don't run Nightly or Beta program versions.

Why would only contacts be missing if you started Daily with a new profile?

Everything should be missing.
Linux Desktop - AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 455 3.3GHz | 8.0GB RAM | GeForce GT 630
Windows Notebook - AMD A8 7410 2.2GHz | 6.0GB RAM | AMD Radeon R5

I set up everything from scratch with the new Profile, then when I thought I had everything set, my contacts were missing

So by "when I thought I had everything set" do you mean that you copied over data from another profile?

No, i just made the new profile, and set it up, this is a good idea though Dan, what are contacts listed as in the Thunderbird folder? Could I just copy from the beta profile, and put in the daily Profile, through folders?

Look for the file abook.sqlite and copy that into the daily profile.
