In the next 20 minutes, a new windows build should show up here:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/ ... 5-15-trunk

I was on vacation last week so most of the changes are trunk additions and not thunderbird specific changes.

Changes include:
1) Fixed the crash when trying to customize toolbars
2) Thread menu is back for the news junkies who noticed its accidental absence in the last windows build.
3)Everything that went into the Mozilla Mail trunk since last week.

I'm now hunkering down and focusing on converting thunderbird to use the new mozilla/toolkit (used by Mozilla Firebird). I probably won't release a new build till I'm finished with this work. That will probably be early next week.

Looks pretty good so far, except that I don't know how to customize toolbars. :-)

I take it that this build has spell check intergrated? I don't see two separate builds.

Wow, this is progressing pretty quickly. Kudos to the developers (how many are there, and who should we thank?)

I belive that it's just mscott. I'm not sure though. he's just the only one who sounds like a project dev and he posts the builds.

Nice build, but do we need the javascript-console?
Maybe you can reduce the size of thunderbird again.

What about mimetype detection bug?
Is it fixed?
Why would you even consider to use the OS that is older and more obsolete than your computer?
See, that's just one of the reasons why I pick Linux.

that it doesnt remember the toolbar settings is nothing new, was broken since the first build, if I remember correctly. :)

but it now always opens the "summary page" ("Read Message", "View settings for this account" etc) of my default mail account instead of opening the inbox... this bug was also in the first builds, but was gone in the last builds.. can anyone confirm, or is it just me again?

Merciful Lord, sometimes I wonder how I can be so dense.

Thanks.

I'm just confirming that the toolbar customization bug has checked into the Roach Motel, thanks for the timely fix.

On another quirk, I notice that after a new install, the first time I go to customize, the toolbar palette is bezerky but once I exit out of it and restart Thunderbird, it works well from that point on. This is also true for the other windows (Compose & Addressbook.) Is this a known problem?
