Greetings! So, when checking email tonight, I noticed a "Future" section displayed at the top of my inbox. I have my messages sorted using "Grouped By" sort and apparently, today (12/12), I received a message dated for tomorrow (12/13) and it appeared in the "Future" section. Neat.

Does anyone know how long this has been in Thunderbird?

It's likely been there forever but not usually seen because it would not be normal to receive messages with received dates in the future. It sounds as though that sender may have a bad time zone/date entry in their operating system, causing their sent messages to show such dates.

... or a spammer trying to get his spam sorted to the top of the recently received display.
