It's safe, please see "Changes: Firefox 60+" here: https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/releases/tag/1.25.0 , for more detailed information.

Tired of constant Firefox UI changes? XUL extensions are not working anymore? Try SeaMonkey, Waterfox Classic, Pale Moon.
