Weird! On Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0 ID:20190503041749 the loading spinner never goes away and no amount of clicking makes the video play.

Hmm. I didn't get 20190504 and Help -> About shows that I am current at 68.0a1 (2019-05-03) (64-bit) (Build-id: 20190503215639).

Is Windows running behind, or should I go ahead and download a new Nightly full installer?

Since the updated builds went into testing, we've found some issues that need addressing. We're still working on it.

I would just wait, after I manually updated I fought for 3-4 hours to 'fix' all the problems with addons, New Tab Tiles, and missing Search engines.

They disabled the updates due to localized versions failing to start : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1548990

From what I have read of the extensions problems, it looks like extensions issues are unrelated to the build; all Firefox users using extensions were affected, not just Nightly. There is a Mozilla blog about their first distribution of a fix is here: https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2019/05 ... n-firefox/

Hi folks, our team has been working around the clock for the last 24 hours to get your extensions back up and running. Unfortunately, we don't have a permanent fix ready to be released.

Latest nightly per work-around, extensions back, themes back. seems to be working. release/betas not yet OK.
