Thanks.

I had two extensions disabled by this change.

CoLT and Nightly Tester Tools. I will live without them in the attempt to make Firefox better.

However, we'd like you to consider not reversing this preference. Leaving it set to false will give the Firefox performance team a much clearer idea of how much better we are making Firefox. Thank you for your help and support.

Hey guys,

there has been a very annoying bug for me for many weeks or even months now, so I think its time to mention it now after loosing hope it getting fixed without my 'help'. :p

Maybe there already exist a bug id, in that case please forget my whole post and please point me to the bug id so I can see the current status.

The bug is related to the saved login forms (username/password chosen from saved list).

STR:

- Save several login forms for one webpage - Im doing it for Amazon.
- go to the Sign In Page -> it should open You a list of saved forms now to choose from to autofill the username/password fields
- now while this list is open close the tab (Im using middle button or CTRL-W combo)
- voila, You are no longer able to get the saved logins list from any page anymore until You restart Your browser

Actually its the only reason why I have to restart my browser several times a day. :D

Would be happy if You can confirm and fill a bug id.

Sorry, I know my english is baaaad.

- Im using Windows 10 (Im pretty sure its reproduceable on WIN builds only)
- You need to use CTRL-W to close the tab or some type of key press simulation -> Im using https://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/xmo ... ontrol.htm to use the middle click to send CTRL-W to firefox
- I tested and can reproduce the behaviour on Amazon/Paypal/eBay

Has anyone else experience slow downs, hangs, and slightly "not responding issues" with nightly for the past week or so? Especially with switching tabs or opening menus from icons like ublock/umatrix or even the hamburger menu? it usually starts after about 20 to 30 minutes of browser use and persist until nightly is closed.

The last couple days, I've had an issue with severe lag when I try to open a link in a new tab (opened via link in content, or via bookmark). I usually get about a two second delay before it even starts the DNS lookup. If I open a bookmark in an existing tab, the lag is usually minimal to non-existent. Refreshing a page may cause the same lag, though.

In addition, there have been numerous times when typing in an input box where it suddenly stops responding for a couple seconds, and then what I was typing suddenly appears.

Disabling each of the addons I'd been using didn't have any effect, though it didn't show up in a temp profile. However I've reduced the process count from 4 to 1, and the problems seem to have gone away.

Is there any known bug related to this issue?

The bookmark image above appears for me, but then the menus fix themselves. The behavior is different when the bookmark icons are to the left of the address bar, but it doesn't seem smooth there either.
