musnt be getting anymore Partial updates anymore, there system caught Corona ? just got another 59.5MB update

Same here, another 59.5meg update... partials seem to not be working

Should a bug report be filed? (I'm using the ASan Nightly so I'm not sure my update experience is the same as for the standard Nightly.)

Probably 1582391 - Create a muted state for the PiP indicator icon in the tab
The following userChrome.css mitigates the issue, Pip indicator becomes gray when muted.

Thanks Alice, I have no idea how to run mozregress on this since its hard to go back to prior builds once you get an update.

I can reproduce. I will file a new bug.

This is by design. See 1612648 - Picture in picture icon overlay overlaps mute tab.
