Link Toolbar (nearly typed lint toolbar ? : ) ) is mostly other people's work, I just tweaked the js/adjusted some paths and repackaged for Px

Like I said, I still have a bug, it doesn't hide when it isn't needed (in that mode)

2 options -

1 get rid of middle mode

2 re-implement it

Thanks Netsabes for the links I'll read up on it. And thanks cdn for clearing that up, so I revise my original statement.

Thanks for a great extention, and to all who made it possible great work.

Using 1/31 nightly, Win ME.

I have installed this extension, and now have a new "Site Navigation Bar" with everything grayed out except the fish.

visit http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/struct/links.html#h-12.3, you'll see a difference

what you describe is 'normal' behaviour for Link Toolbar when in 'Show Always' mode

if the page does not contain <link/>s that fit within the remit of the functionality, then all are disabled

if otoh there are <link rel="ToC"/> type links, then they will be displayed

http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/struct/links.html#h-12.3 has

'<| Previous', 'Next |>' and 'Document > Table of Contents'

original link (http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/struct/links.html#h-12.3) leads you to

I find it extremely useful for navigating buglists. Try going to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi ... d,reopened (Phoenix bugs) and clicking on the first bug in the list. Now see that the Next button is active. It makes navigating the buglist fast and convenient.

asa is right. The link toolbar is great for navigating bugzilla. It would be cool if it could be made into a toolbaritem instead of a full blown toolbar. I would like to add it to one of my existing toolbars so that I don't take up anymore vertical space.

this is a first edition for Px, I expect that a toolbaritem version is quite possible, although how that will fit with the hide/show options I don't know yet

I suppose, if you are deliberately adding it to a toolbar, you don't need to hide it ?
